Matrimonial Madness Update!!
Preparations are well underway for what promises to be one of the highlights in the social calendar, namely Dunloy’s Mayday extravaganza “Matrimonial Madness” and the marriage of “Gary and Patricia”.
We have been given a sneak preview of the running order and video montages for the evening and assures readers they will not be disappointed with the entertainment and variety of acts which will be on show.
On arrival guests will be treated to a champagne reception and harpist in the marquee, with the evening divided into a 3 act show comprising of hilarious video compilations of the first meeting of the happy couple way back in 2008 and their courtship and tribulations leading up to the happy day. Inter-mingled in the proceedings will be performances from Cantamus, a 12 piece choir from Derry, last year’s BGT finalists the amazing Irish dance troupe, Innova, the fantastic Fiddler Adam, appearances from stilt-walkers and a fire-eater plus a host of other surprises on the night. Music will be provided by the brilliant wedding band specialists The Goodfellas Band.

Bank holiday Sunday 3rd May welcomes this unique hilarious mock wedding to Dunloy Parish Centre,guests are requested to dress in their finest threads and enjoy what will be a truly unforgettable experience for those fortunate enough to secure a ticket/invitation.On arrival guests will be welcomed with a champagne reception and a harpist in the marquee at the front of the Parish Centre.The MC for the evening is Mr Gerry Donnelly who along with local”best man”,Shane Elliott co scripted the production. The 9 strong cast will produce a night that will be peppered with comedy,video well wishes,speeches,and loads of surprises.The “wedding” entertainment for the evening will be provided by Fiddler Adam, last years Britains Got Talent finalists Irish Dance Troupe with a twist INNOVA and wedding band specialists The Goodfellows.Guests can sit back and enjoy Matrimonial Madness which tracks the relationship between Patricia and Busby who first met at Dunloy GAA centenary dinner in 2008 and culminates in this “wedding”. Tickets are selling fast so you need to be quick to book your guest place at this “must attend” function. Doors open 6pm.Matrimonial Madness is not suitable for children under 16.
